To create an engaging and memorable family day celebration for Sika employees and their families while recognizing employee achievements through an awards ceremony. The objective was to provide interactive entertainment, personalized experiences, and memorable takeaways that would strengthen employee engagement and make Sika Day a truly special occasion for all attendees.

Hosted at The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake, Sika Day 2026 brought together employees and their families for a day of celebration, recognition, and entertainment. Guests enjoyed a Digital Caricature Experience where their photographs were transformed into unique caricature artworks in real time. Each caricature was instantly printed, allowing attendees to take home a personalized keepsake from the event. The Photo Jacket activation further enhanced the experience by placing participants into specially designed branded visual templates, creating fun and memorable photo moments for families and colleagues alike. Alongside these experiences, the event featured an employee awards ceremony celebrating outstanding achievements and contributions.
